Hearthfire, Upcoming DLC announced! Options

So Bethesda announced that Hearthfire, a piece of shiny new DLC, will be coming out in just a few days time.

Check it out

I for one am super super excited. What do you all think?

Well, it's a bit more rigid than that. You can choose what rooms you want, but the placement of furniture and walls and such is all pre-determined. The only choice you really have is "armory, library, or kitchen?"

But this also isn't the Sims, and considering just how fragile this engine is, it's probably a good thing Bethesda didn't try to go overboard with this DLC. They just added some spice to the pre-existing home mechanic here, is all, and considering the price, I wasn't really expecting anything more.

I'll be getting it for PC when it arrives, mostly because I look forward to the modding potential it will bring with it. Should be interesting to see what the modders do with this one, and I look forward to tinkering.

I'm holding off work on one of mine just to see what I can do with the Hearthfire stuff.
