If Alduin won't land at Helen during the unbound quest and you play on the Xbox 360, just restart the console and it should work normally.

Not a problem. I am going to report a glitch now. It's a very well-known glitch, and the solution is also well known. But I'm gonna post it anyhow, just in case some random new player out there reads this thread.

If you install your game (or one of the updates) on PS3, and the game freezes after you try to go under water, here is the solution: go into your Game Data Utility folder. Now un-install the game and any update info. Re-install these from disc and from the internet respectively. Now your game should be fine, and you'll be able to go underwater without the game freezing.

Now that's the Game Data Utility, not the Saved Data Utility. There's a difference. You don't wanna delete anything in the Saved Data folder, this is where are your character's info and progress are saved.
