Is it possible to barter with Salmo The Baker? No matter what time I visit his home (In Skingrad) he doesn't let me barter with him.... yet everyone claims he sells the best sweetrolls.

Beacuse like I said in Bethsoft forums, Cyrodiil needs more people, not less. Itīs empty enough as it is
