One of my favorite video game monsters has got to be the creeper from minecraft. As annoying as they are, they're simply epic. Even if they do blow up my stuff

Does monsters in human form count? Then it's definitely Irenicus. My favorite and best-written villain ever.
Strictly monster... my favorite is probably spider-like boss from TR1. Simply because it was first real monster that I encountered in my childhood and I was really afraid of it then. -------------------- "I saw a politician the other day."
