I read today in a small section of the brother's X-Box mag that rumour has it that Bethesda are remaking Daggerfall as their next ES game...
Anyone else think this is likely? And was it a good enough game in the first place to warrant remaking it?... Oh, and what was it about?...I don't know anything about the early ones...  ...What do you mean "Well go and look then, ya flipping* idjit..."?  ... |

If they do remake it I hope they remake it completely different. Daggerfall wasn't great IMO. It wasn't even good. I downloaded it with the understanding that it would be outdated and different, even then I couldn't adapt to it.
You can/will die repeatedly in the first dungeon and there are a plethora of useless skills like languages to waste your time on.
