Arena and Daggerfall, Downloads and instructions Options

This link go to full versions of both games as well as the DOSBox needed to play on modern machines. I haven't used these specific downloads myself so let me know if there are issues with them.

ADDENDUM: If you think the game runs remarkably slow, there is a fix. Hold down CTRL and then press F12 to a point where you think it performs well, three or four times should be enough. If you think it suddenly goes too fast then hold down CTRL and press F11 to slow it down again.

So far I gotta say Arena´s music is great and I have somewhat adapted to the gameplay. I plan to stick to the town and lvl up quite a bit before heading out into dungeons. It was quite a shock for me when I found out that monsters roam the town at night but it provides a great opportunity to get experience whilst being close to safety if things get out of hands

I don´t quite get the armor rating in this game though. When I highlight the armor it reads a negative armor rating instead of plus. Might have to read up on that I guess.
