That's because Clydesdales are Scottish, and it doesn't make sense for a Belgian company to be using them. (AB InBev owns Anheuser Busch). They brew Labatt's, but aren't allowed to sell it in the USA, where there's a Labatt USA independent of them, who import it.
Now SABMiller are at least headquartered in Britain, so they could do that. They're really South African, though; and they make Fosters and Pilsner Urquell. They also own Bavaria Brewery, who are obviously Colombian.
