Exactly.
And what
really pisses me off, is a term they use over here; "have-a-go-hero", which is used for anyone who isn't in the military who does something heroic. So someone who runs into a burning building to save a complete stranger, for instance, would be described like that in a newspaper, as if anyone who isn't in the military can't be a hero, when the reality is that those in the military
aren't heroes, because unlike that person, they're being paid to do it. I'm not saying they can't be heroes, but just signing up doesn't make you one.
That term pisses me off so badly, I could literally rant for hours at the simple existence of it.
