I agree with the point about voiced characters. My accent only seems to be used for peasants and other unimportant NPCs in most games, if it's heard at all.
Seems the male character in FO4 is going to have that stock 'American Hero' voice that the protagonist of every action game ever uses. Hopefully the female character voice will be good. The name thing is quite fun though. The original Stronghold game had that feature back in 2001.
