As for the Littlefinger, Varys and Arya time travel/teleporation/jetpack devices . . . well, D&D said that the characters and the scenes do not operate on the same time frame. Each character has weeks or days off another depending on the story. So they say . . .
The Rat Cook story came hand in hand with Arya and Walder. Bran would be proud . . . or not.
You know what I think? After the final scene in the episode- with Dany and her fleet, soldiers and dragons . . . .
Fred Flinstone, erh, I mean Robert Baratheon would be rolling in his grave right now.
The day he feared basically came true. A Targaryan at the head of a massive army with three grown dragons.
Wow.
And Dany is free to wed someone . . . Word on the block is that we got a new King in the North.

And yet I am, and live—like vapours tossed.
I long for scenes where man hath never trod
A place where woman never smiled or wept
There to abide with my Creator, God,
And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept,
Untroubling and untroubled where I lie
The grass below—above the vaulted sky.”
