The problem with the DLC is that it is so settlement heavy. Story lines are few and far between with the things that Beth have added to the game. $70 of content is waaay over what Beth have given us so far. Really it is more in the ball-park of $20-30.
The modding community have already added tons of items to the settlement building so I feel that the Beth settlement items should have been added via free DLC.
