Yes, the DLC is the worst part of FO4. Only Far Harbor brings anything substantial to the table. The rest of the DLC are just more items that they added to the settlement building side of the game. Don't get me wrong- the items are really neat if you like robot building and home building. I would rather have story DLC, so this Fallout game is a huge step down from Fallout 3 unfortunately.
