I know moderators don't usually like Art Pad stuff, but I'll try my luck. The following piece is an Art Pad piece. I can't take a screenshot of it. I can't convert it into .jpeg or .png form so I'm SOL there.

How to save pictures as .jpg in MS Paint:

Choose Save As, select All Files from the list (should be .bmp on default) and name the file as Picture.jpg

That will save the picture as a .jpg file.

Anyway, I fixed the picture for you.
