Does anyone know is Lycanthropy is in Oblivion? I dont remember reading anything about it...

Maybe in most cases, but in TES there are 7 different lycantrophes. Werewolves, werebears, werelions, wereboars, werevultures, werecrocodiles and weresharks. On Lycantrophy.
