 CK Question, About the Voice of the SKy effect |

Does anyone know of a way to apply the Voice of the Sky power as an enchantment? I'm completely green with the CK, but I wasn't able to even locate it in the effects listing. I did however see something called Kyne's Faction listed with the effects for the Kyne's Peace shout.

I don't know the answer, but I'll see if I can track it down when I'm next in the CK. There has to be something in the quest that gives it to you, that will lead me there.
