 CK Question, About the Voice of the SKy effect |

Does anyone know of a way to apply the Voice of the Sky power as an enchantment? I'm completely green with the CK, but I wasn't able to even locate it in the effects listing. I did however see something called Kyne's Faction listed with the effects for the Kyne's Peace shout.

Holy poop! That is not too far from my idea! I'm looking to put a permanent Voice of the Sky effect on Kyne's Token, to make it a more worthwhile reward for Kyne's Sacred Trials.
