Does anyone know of a way to apply the Voice of the Sky power as an enchantment? I'm completely green with the CK, but I wasn't able to even locate it in the effects listing. I did however see something called Kyne's Faction listed with the effects for the Kyne's Peace shout.

I have an idea for a small mod, but finding this is my first hurdle.

It works. I created a Skyrim version of my Animal Friend mod using the Voice of the Sky as the basis. You can apply it to an enchantment, a spell, or a perk.

What makes it complicated (for me) is the faction memberships the vanilla Voice works on. I believe it does not work on Spriggans, which I wanted it to, but does work on the Dawnguard vampires (which are in the Prey faction for some reason). So I made several other mods to go with it that changed the Spriggans to the Animal faction, took the vampires out of the Prey faction, etc...

But that aside, there really is not much to it. I just copied the Voice magic effect and created a couple of new effects with the copies. One an enchantment for the Kynareth Amulets, and one an effect for the Kynareth Shrines. Then I changed the Kynareth Shrine spell and Amulet enchantment to use my new effects. That way you can pick up any Kynareth amulet and get the effect, or get a blessing at any of her shrines.
