Here is my totally unmodded (just using the in-game Editor) Sanctuary Hills Settlement. (working on making a modded one; not tested it in game yet). I haven't put a beacon up yet; so no Settlers yet. Hey nice job Raiders! I really like the Truck Stop one, how it showcases different "architecture" from its lower level to its upper. You won't find any of this stuff on Sims.
