I was a little interested in the game but not terribly so. Can't say I've had any personal experience with the Epic Games Store, but given everything that has been said about them I'm not going anywhere near there. Oh well.
There is something I find pretty funny from this, though. Anytime fanboyism over a gaming company gets a reality check like the rabid trolls who think Obsidian is the Second Coming, I can't help but enjoy it. I have nothing against Obsidian themselves, although this is a pretty sucky move by them.
But hey, at least they aren't like that one company (don't remember the name) that promised the game would come to Steam (and GOG?), but then way later decided to only make it exclusive to Epic and then mess up the process for getting a refund (wasn't it that a third-party is handling it now?). At least Obsidian did this way in advance.
