maybe this was just something i dreamt or something but I is it possible to turn on a flashlight on your pip-boy, I remember (I think) that it was a quest to do that in the vault.

Mipmaps.
 You got the right link for GIMP. Beware however that GIMP is not an easy program to learn, it will depend on your experience with graphical editors. GIMP is not a drawing program, it is an image manipulation program, I hope you see the difference. If you get lost in it, something else might be better. -------------------- |
