Means In My Opinion, I find it a redundant phrase. Obviously it's your opinion.
My opinion is when your dead, who the Hell cares what happens to your body? I hope a bunch of necrophilliacs attach my body to wires and use it as a puppet to scare children at the Santa Claus convention. I'm dead, I'm not using it anymore. Do whatever you want. Actually though I wouldn't mind being burid in the forest next to a tree so I could be used as fertilizer for the tree.
