OOC:they aren't really cantons anymroe as everything is retty much open, though vivec does have halls for the different houses. that we will put in the same place as the cantons once where to reduce confusion. You didn't think I'd rebuild the city with it poor planning lol. (though there are teirs, and it is several meters up above the sea, bu the tiers are only like 6-10 feet above the rest, and re gently sloped back down to "ground level" so everything is on one plane, except of course for the buildings and spires with balconies that span skywards.
Megil was overlooking the construction at the city ports from one of the many balconies in the city overlooking the crystal clear water below (a condition that Megil controlled himself himself), They would be complete in 3months. Even though Ebonheart stood in ruins in the horizon, the port was still used, and the ruind were a squatter settlement of laborers, artisans, and architects from throughout nirn. A large price had to be paid to let the laborers through the imperial blockade, and sylph transport was used occasionally.
His bodyguard was with him, looking at the surroundings for anything suspicious. An informant came up to Megil,
"Isaarin is giving speeches of violencce in the Hlaalu halls, sir." Megil didn't turn around but continued to look at the scaffoldings and machinery that was being used to move the large blocks of stone around.
After a few moments of thought Megil turned around to look at the glittering city befoer him, pale white stone and glass of every shade, gems and statues and fish, trees placed strategically to always provided a ncie shady area. The city was planned to perfection.
"We go to the Hllaalu hall" he told his bodyguard (OOC: won't say his name yet k

)
He sat on a bench by the door to the hall, awaiting for Isaarin to emerge. the man emerged oblivious to Megil's presence.
"I thought we discussed that there was to be no more talk of revolution within this city, especially rallies Isaarin." Megil said it not matterafactly or in a condescending tone of voice. it was quite pleasant really, but the sterness could be felt.
"You and I both know that mob mentality can cause serious trouble, You're lucky that you are in my good graces as far as any house leaders go, otherwise I'd have you locked up for a day under pretenses of disturbing the peace."
his solid blue eyes flashing just for second.
"Don't let me hear of this again Isaarin. Or you will find yourself in trouble, and trust me I do not care for the approval of any house." Megil said as he walked away.
Megil strolled through the city, something he was particularly fond of these days. his bodyguard keeping him company.
