They are going to have something like that right? Becuase, Imo, it is one of the best things ever, like shooting lights and making them shatter, windows, etc.

Pretty sure you could shatter stuff etc. like in HL2... But about windows, lets remind us about the cell system in Oblivion so, I'm pretty sure if you would attack a window with a axe or arrow I'm sure it would have looked only damaged but woudn't shatter or anything
