Name: Kiva Ryder

Race: Human

Allegiance: None, Human-aligned, at the least..

Age: 26

Physical appearance: Kiva

Personality: Kiva is the stereotypical 'rogue with a heart of gold' type guy. He doesn't exactly obey the law, but he does things for what he believes is just. As such, with his blantant disregard for most law, he keeps out of the military, and is more of a vigilante than anything. He's also a bit of a joker/wiseass.

Equipment:
- Rithum sword, a Red-bladed Rithum sword, gotten off a fallen Rykar. The blade is red and curved like a scimitar's blade. It has multiple Rykar (rykrian?) designs on it.

- Assault rifle, a well, Assualt rifle. Fires standard bullets at full-automatic or semi-automatic rate. The semi-automatic burst fire can allow for some sniping but a sniper rifle is far more effective at that job. The rifle is rather effective in close quarters however, esspecially on full-auto. Has a flashlight located below the barrel.

- Sniper rifle, a high powered sniper rifle, the weapon comes complete with a removable silencer and is built to fire Rithum bullets, making it effective at punching through Rykar armor. The only problem is it has a limited ammo supply due to the rarity of Rithum in human space.

- Pistol, a high-tech revolver kind of pistol, It has alot of power in a single shot, the problem is, like a old revolver it needs to be reloaded every 6 shots. A acceptable trade off, since Kiva enhances the deadliness of the shot by using explosive rounds.

Kiva has no cybernetic implants of any kind.

Ship: Kiva's ship, the Edge is a small star-fighter craft. The ship is built for speed and is very fast and manueverable in and out of atmosphere. It has two machine-gun like guns on it's topside, which put out a great deal of bullets in a short time, enough to damage most things heavily if they sustain fire on them for a length of time. Of course, thats assuming he can sustain the fire. It has a missle launcher mounted on its underside that fires small missles in groups of two, the second being fires a half second after the first so the first has time to strike and explode before the second does. He uses this in conjection with the guns primarily to take out sheilding on Rykar craft swiftly. As a swift craft however, its hull is lighter and thusly, less damage resistant than that of normal human craft, this of course isn't too big a problem when fighting Rykar, it becomes a problem when fighting humans however.

Of course, Kiva's philosphy is simply not to get hit.


Brief History: Kiva actually had a relatively normal life for some time. He joined the army once he left school and though he proved to a good fighter and pilot, he recognized his own disregard for authority and quit, continuing his training on his own. Kiva's skill pertain to killing stuff with his weapons or flying his ship, and little beyond that. When the war broke out, Kiva eagerly leaped to the fight, even though he isn't actively in the military. Kiva, since leaving the military, resides in a secluded space station with other outlaws and vigilantes such as he, though they're of the good sort of course. The station is located between Earth and Mars, often trains with his fellows to keep his skills sharp between fights with the Rykar.
