Waiting..., Need ideas... Options

Well I had bought Black & White 2 hoping that it would keep me occupied until later this month when Civilization 4 is released. However, it was shorter than I expected and doesnt seem to have alot of replayability. So I have another ten days or so til Civ 4. Maybe I should put in some overtime at work. What is everyone else doing to help speed the time along 'til Oblivion?

when i get back on later tonight i would have played the X360 at wal-mart so that will waste away 30 minutes of the months to come.

oh and i have started reading books again.

EDIT: also if FFXI is a launch title or comes out before OB then i will be playing that on the 360

yep, just got back. i played COD2 and King Kong on it.

for starters the graphics on COD2 absolutely blew me away. i played the demo on my pc and it was nothing in comparison. nothing. the analog stick for aiming was set up extremely well. it seemed if you made a sudden jerk on it, the camera would move faster than normal. this allowed for near mouselike reflexes but without being over sensitive.

king kong also looked very beautiful. there were several times were i couldn't tell whether i was watching a cinematic or playing the game. king kong vs. t rex was so cool.

the controller for the 360 is also nice. it is now symmetrical, the xbox menu button is the logo in the center, it brings up your xbox media player etc.

the black and white buttons have been removed and replaced by an extra set of shoulder buttons like the ps2. these worked ok, but i found i accidently hit them a few times in COD 2 and threw a grenade...

the start button is on the right of the logo, back on the left.

and to make this post on topic, it helps someone decide if the want a 360 to help pass the time till OB.
