Now, if that's a Suthay then the developers have made some rather big changes to their Khajiit designs. In Morrowind, we had Suthay-Raht. And the Khajiit in the picture is definitely not a Suthay-Raht. Further, we know that the Suthay (and basically, all of the other non-Raht Khajiit) are very similar to their -Raht brethren, only smaller.

So no, I really do not think that the Khajiit we've seen is a Suthay.

But surely you're not instigating that the Khajit in Oblivion, or moreover Cyrodil, are
another breed? like the Cathay or the Cathay Raht. and CERTINLEY not the Tojay, Dagi, or Alfiq? too cat-like to be Ohmes, to many of them to be Mane. And too small to be Cathay
