More protein and less fat.....but as Doomed said, also keep the balance otherwise it won´t work. It´s a good thing not to eat snacks and candy and stuff, keep it straight and remember to eat at least 3 major meals and approx. two minor ones..
As you are training you´ll build muscles instead of fat and since muscles weigh more than fat.....well there you are! You´ll develop a very good looking body, I´m sure!

Well right now I take weightlifting through our school (and have for the last.. 2 years?) and I've always had a "built" build.
I'm not fat, but neither am I skinny. This comes from my mothers side. All her family is shorter, and thicker, I think they hail from germany, not sure if thats how some of them are though.
Reguardless, I got my 1 mile time down to 6:39... Not bad, but I need to cut more then a minute off that..
