Name: Shake "Crashdown" Orda

Race: Human

Allegiance: HDF

Age: 27

Personality: He is a Naive person, always believing that people wil make the "right" choice, and that the "right" choice or opinion always ends up being his own. HE has always had a sharp mind when it came to combat and tactics, and soon joined the Human Defence Force. He served for 7 months in the infantry corps. before requesting a transfer to the Air Force (what is the official name?).He is relatively friendly towards meeting new people, and once he has deemed a person trsutworhty and a friend, he is viciously loyal to them, and will fight at the drop of a dime for them. His natural acceptance of new people can sometimes bring trouble to him, as more seedy charcters genrally see him as an easy target to manipulate for their own agendas. When in combat, he is a fierce warrior, and is a highly decorated officer in the Air Force.

Physical Appearance: at 6'3 and 205 lbs, he is by no means a small man, he has grey hair, and has since he was about 17, which adds character to his face. He has green eyes, and a a tatoo on his left shoulderblade.

Equipment:
Far mroe comfortable behind the stick of a fightercraft than with an assault rifle in his hands, Shake is only trained with the issued weapons of the Human Defence Force, and some minor training with more "illicit" weapons picked up on his short tour of duty in the Infantry Corps.

Sidearm: Althogh a pilot, Shake does carry with him a modified Vintage Beretta M404 handgun, reworked to house Rythum rounds, as well as a separate firing chamber fitted with a magnetic accelerator, homemade by Shake and only tested twice; the first test resulted in a 3 meter wide blast crator in Shakes dorm room in University, the second went better, but proved that a Magrail fitted to a handgun proved to be, while usefull, not the best choice of wepaonry, though Shake still persisted in modifying it to be more effective, he has achieved some breakthroughs but none good enough allow him to operate it in a poplated area.

He usually wears his flightsuit, but also has SMA (shape memory alloy) implants 1/16th of an inch below the skin an alloy that is naturally extremely maleable, so that his movements are nt restricted in any way, but when current is passed through it can change its shape, and turn solid, and prove to be harder than Titanium alloy. the SMA implants are neworked with neural implants, so that his subconcious mind sends instantaneous signals to the diferent segments of sma, effectively allowing specific parts of his body to become protected against nearly all proectiles, Rythum can be deflected, but due to the extremely fast velocity of the projectiles, the sma is unnefective against Rythum rounds. Plasma rounds are effectively acidic water baloons, therefore his internal organs are unhardmed and protected against them, but his skin is burnt away by the white hot plasma. All in all the SMA is effective against smallarms fire.

Ship: though most comfortable inside the cockpit of the standard HDF fightercraft, Shake has been trained extensively in ship to ship space combat, as well as in demolitions raids on capitol ships, boarding maneuvers and Atmospheric Dogfighting.

Brief History: Growing up on an Odessa mark IV capitol ship with his father, a Lieutenant, he was raised under the Infantry Corps. standards, he grew up fast and strong, learning to fend for himself at a young age. at the age of 17 he joined his first Infantry Squadron, and was deployed shortly thereafter on a Mining Despute on Jupiter. He subsequently made his first kill there, but also caught two rounds to the chest and nearly died. His father pulled some strings and had his son fited with Prototype SMA armor, allowing his son to be mroe protected in skirmishes. After recuperating Shake qui the Infantry Corps. and requested a transfer to the 201st airborne where he excelled quickyl and was promoted. He is now considered one of the greatest pilots in the HDF's ranks.

When he was only 24 he was fighitng in the Third battle of Neptune as a fighter pilot. Manning a state-of-the-art Cairo MarkV Snubfighter, he and his squadron fought hard and fast in the battle. While refueling on a capitol ship, the Rykar employed a powerfull virus that spread liek wildfire throughout the internal systems of all the New fighters, killing many and leaving some dead sticks while the enemy fighters picked them off. While the enemy capitol ships closed in, Shake and osme of his squadmates gathered the surviving pilots and made for the capitol ship's Museum. In a heroic effort he and his comrades piloted the old Viper attack fighters that were too old and still used hardwired systems, and fended off the enmy ships until modifications could be made to the Newer ships Core Processors (i love Battlestar Galactica ). After successfully holding off the forces (htough most of his squadmates lives were lost) Shake Orda was given the nickname "Crashdown" and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and given the Sky Marshall's Medal of Valor for aiding the defeat of the Rykar forces over Neptune.

Misc.Info: Shake is currently serving on the Mars Orbital Defence Grid, a Grid of Space stations linked together that form a protective network aroud the planet. He is part of Rogue Squadron, the elite of the elite of the HDF's air force
