Dimitre looked at Serene with a happy grin on his face, then once he heard the name of this man, "Jonican" the smile went away pretty fast. Jealiousy built up in his heart and mind, but he struggled to rid himself of that feeling. Dimitre started thinking.

Pfft.... Naw it would never work out... she's my friends mother! Besides, sounds like she's married already.... I gotta get out of here for a little bit at least.

Dimitre couldn't think straight around Serene, and figured it was pretty visible from his lack of conversation around her, or his nervus gitters when she would speak to or about him. He laughed at himself for having such a petty crush! He had thought that was something only children did....drooling over a girl!

Dimitre took a glance around the room and saw that almost everyone was pre-occupied with their conversations and, once again, Dimitre was left out of the loop. Resentment on top of Hate, Lust, and Jealiousy was not a good combination!

Dimitre turned and walked out the door, most likely unnoticed just like all those other times. It almost braught him to tears by the fact that noone even cared about him or showed any compassion. This happened to him like clockwork throughout his entire life so far. It left a throbbing pain in his heart that just added to his other, mixed feelings.

Whenever something good happens to me.... you have to take it away! Don't you Azura! You killed my fiance and my child! You piece of s**t! Why are you doing this to me?! What have I done to deserve this! I hate you!!!

tears welped up in his eyes, but something inside him snapped, and the tears stopped and all emotions went away. It was strange to him, he felt completely normal, as if nothing happened... no tears, no hate, jealiousy or lust, nothing! The thoughts still ran though his mind though that he was thinking just seconds before.

"I see how it is! You screw with my life then desert me and take my feelings with you?! Screw you Azura!" Dimitre muttered under his breath, then looked around, wondering if anyone heard him or saw him.
