If this has already been up here before, oh well i cant find it so i'm asking

Anyone know the level cap for Oblivion? i mean i know the level cap for Morrowind was 200, but damned near impossable to reach that, i'm only lvl 73 in Morrowind, and all my major and minor skills are at 100, and i don't know how to go beyond that lol .

Anyone know?

Well I am assuming he did so with the console.

If it becomes impossible for you to raise your level after all of your major skills are at max, than the top level is 60. I know that because all of your major skills will start at 15 and you need to raise your major skills by ten points to level up.

Don't know where you got those numbers from but minor skills start at 15 and major somewhere around 30 and I know from experiance that you can get above 60 without going to prison even with the race bonuses and speciality bonus.

As your skills go down so should your level. I hope they implement that feature so that it does not get exploited.

I don't, I think there needs to be some way to exploit it to get super high level characters if you are willing to work hard for it, and you do indeed need to work hard for it because often the skills which are hardest to train go down and then you need to go find/make a trainer or train it yourself which is all in all very long just for one extra level.
