Does anyone else Annie's "dwemer" look way too much like abunch of pieces Luis Royo did, Its nice but still I felt I had to say something.

I agree with Darkwing.
I cna understand ripping from someon'es art if you then intend to expand on it further to make it truely your own. Even then you should seek permission from the artist to use their or a portion of their work.
