well the name of the mod is OLD HYRULE, it is a zleda related mod and
Im here to stir up some more discussion about are mod on the http://oldhyrule.11.forumer.com/ forums and recruit some more talented artists and writers to help out.

Right theres been a post about this before around a month ago on the official TES ( elder scrolls/ oblivion) forums and the main issue people brought up was copyright infringments and i dont want to discuss that here because we mainly have that sorted. First off Nintendos trademarked characters Zelda and Link will not be heavily featured in the mod and also its non profit for educational use. At worst, and i mean worst we would have to change a few names.

So for general info you won't be playing as Link ( full story details check the website http://www.oldhyrule.tk/ ) but a traveller fomr a distant land. This offers some good opertunity to be on either side of the war, be it gerudo or hyrule. So far in our concepts we are de-cartoony'anising Zelda to fit in with oblivion alot better.

We've begun pre-production work on the mod and hope to get as much of this done as possible before the CS comes out so we can have a hasty release. We' ve got a good team put together with talented modelers, writers and concepters.

This is the coolest idea i've ever heard of, hyrule in oblivion, can it get better.
Which of the Zelda games is the mod going to be based on, personally I'd like Ocarina of time, or something. Everything would be fine since i've played all the zelda games except the two first ones. Your homepage is down. I have joined your forum, but i need some special permission to see the threads. I don't know if i can help so very much with the mod, considering that i'm not the best at drawing, and I don't have studio max 3d or something like that. But i can help with ideas.
It would be cool if we took stuff from every zelda game and made some cool quests.
A quest to get the master sword would be cool. We have to go through three dunguns finding three pendants and then take out the master sword.
I really hope this mod will become anything. I'll help as much as i can.
