I have always been fascinated by the Altmer. Since little is known about altmer culture and their homeland(seeing as non altmer can not go past Alinor) I think it would be great if there was a mod dedicated to summerset Isle. I would like some more ideas.

Hmm is it possible to give guards the orders to put every non Altmer into the jail? =)
