it pisses me off, cuz i got really good at my sneak skill. so i could go up and critical strike people, but you can do it with any weapon, so whats the point in having a short blade to be stealthy (even though short blade is coolest, cuz its like a ninja). the short baldes do the least damage compared to the other weapons (besides fist of course). does the game give you any advantages with stealth for using a short blade that i dont know? because i can sneak up on people just as well with a war hammer.

Undoubtedly fixed in Oblivion, the shortblade skill was pretty useless until you got to the point when you got Keening. But still, when i made an assassin Cheat character named Überhax, i used a silver dagger to assassinate Vivec with one cheated blow! so, no, to answer your question, shortblades are pretty crappy in MW. |
