I'm getting OB for 360 but I dont' have xbox live. does anybody have a quote from a dev saying that they will make the mods available for the xbox360 by means of purchasing a CD (with the mods on it) from a retail store?

However, I have heard that the downloads/plugins other than the construction set will probably cost a couple of bucks for the computer. So, yes, I would assume that they won't be free.  |
