It seems there might be proof for the ability to drag bodies (most likely for stealth purposes) while there is no assurance that this isn't a cut scene it may still be done

i wonder if you can use the console to give yourself the reanimate spell in the beginning of the game so that you can ressurect the king (in a zombie-like form).

Although I'm quite certain the emperor has a whole bunch of scripts on him preventing such things.
