It seems there might be proof for the ability to drag bodies (most likely for stealth purposes) while there is no assurance that this isn't a cut scene it may still be done

OH god I can't wait if you can drag paralyzed or knocked out people I will take them up that Tower in chorrol I Think it is that tower of sunder or something and throw them off the roof or I will take them and put them in a water body to drown. I think we will have lot's of great stuff to do in Oblivion let's just find out in 7 more days.
