Okay, um how do you even make a mod. I didn't do mods for Morrowind because i had it on Xbox. I'm getting Oblivion for PC because my family is too poor to afford a Xbox 360
 So how do you make a mod.-------------------- Sigs are stupid!

awwwww yes i forgot about construction set thank you for bringing that up and i guess you can delete this post and i will make another one like this a few days after i get oblivion
