Ok, so i am on the quest where i summon some woman in the jerral mountains and i must make an offer of glow dust. Where do i get this? I hope its not from the Will-o-the-wisps, they rape me.

There are 2 ways that i have found to do this:
1. do the oblivion gate at the top of that hill first (and pick up a dremora longsword) with a dremora longsword you can kill the will-o-the-wisps. 2. later I also found a shop in the Imperial city which sells glow dust. Hope this helps  Psuedo |
