 Final Thief Quest HELP |

I'm on the Ultimate Heist Quest. I'm pretty far, and I'm at the spot where you are supposed to shoot the arrow at the keyhole. But I have no idea where to stand to open up the keyhole so I can shoot the arrow of (forgot name). Can someone who has done this quest or has the guide help me out?

hey cam, when you get into the library... tell me how you get them to give you the scroll. i think you sit in the reading chair but my character won't (i think its a glitch)
