I have a 2.4 GHZ Celeron processor.
and a 3 year old video card. My load times are quick and seamless, even when looking down a grassy medow going into a dense forest unto the Jerall Mountains with the shillouette of the Imperial palace and city that are miles into the distance. All my distance bars are maxed and it runs fine like wine.
