Okay, I've never modded any TES games but since oblivion is out and looks so damn sexy of max settings, I wanted to start. So, I though I would start by creating a whole new race and everything...But alas, I'm a noob when it comes to the construction set.
All I want/need to know is the absolute basics if anyone has the time  -------------------- |
