Molag-Bal Shrine Quest, I'm stumped (spoiler) Options

Ok, so I talked to the shrine of Molag Bal and he tells me to get this guy to kill me with a cursed mace. The problem is that the guy who's supposed to kill me won't even fight anymore because his wife died while he was out fighting or something. Has anybody completed this quest already or do you have the guide? help would be much appreciated.

by the way, I already bribed him to 100 disposition and stuff but he still won't kill me with the mace.

Tell him that he may kill himself after killing you?
Revive his wife and ask to be killed as your reward?
Get someone else to kill you with said mace?
Find his evil twin to do it?
Try a command humanoid spell? (It was there in Morrowind. Never tried it, so I don't know what orders you can give to a commanded person or even if it is in Oblivion for that matter.)
Become a famous outlaw that threatens to terrorize everything he cares for if he doesn't strike you down?
Get a written order to kill you from his former captain or some other high ranking army dude?
Get him to fight someone else and then "accidently" walk in front of him?
Tell Molag Bal that he can stick that mace where his gasses exit his body?

Sorry, I'm just saying things at random. It might give you some ideas though. I don't have Oblivion, so I have no idea how exactly the speech thing works now. (Will take a long time waiting. Oh well, at least I'll get a version that has been patched to the limit. )
