hi there. i need to find some (5) ectoplasm for one of the fighters guild quests. where can you get it from?

Ghosts drop them, along with a few other varieties of undead, I'd think.
Doing the run-down manor quest out of Anvil, you get a near-infinite supply of Ectoplasm.
