i need to kill the Draconis family and i am on the last person. Who is Caelia, the Imperial Legion officer in Leyawin. How can i kill her and not get caught. I always end up with a 1000+ bounty on my head after. but i had no problem killing the others of the family.

How I did it was I told her my intentions, getting a 40 bounty in the process, and then led her (and one of the town guards, unfortunately) into a house with a quest NPC whose disposition I had raised (see: The Deciever's Finery). The quest NPC promptly attacked and killed her, and got the 1k bounty for it.
Afterwards, I yielded to the guard, and watched him change targets to the quest NPC, whom he knocked unconscious repeatedly until getting bored with it. The small bounty I had was easily disposed with, however. Now, if you're talking about not getting caught for charachter reasons... Did you keep that poisoned apple?
