i need to kill the Draconis family and i am on the last person. Who is Caelia, the Imperial Legion officer in Leyawin. How can i kill her and not get caught. I always end up with a 1000+ bounty on my head after. but i had no problem killing the others of the family.

I couldn't get her to eat.
So I whacked her. I did finally work around the getting rid of the bounty problem. I know it's silly/simple, but you can't fast travel to the waterfront when you have a big bounty or the guards will raise hell and you'll never get to Armand to pay off your bounty. Travel normally to the Old Bridge (due south of the Imp City Waterfront). Next time you have a bounty, fast travel there and swim across to the waterfont area. Sneak to your spot, wait until Armand appears at midnight and pay off your bounty for half price with no jail time! (required Thieves guild membership). |
