The only place I've found it is on bandits but, its not full set ever. Does anyone know where I can purchase or steal or find or do a quest or any way I can get some?

OK. Im level 23 and I still cant find the full set. all I need now is the helmet and the gauntlets. send me that screenshot if you would.

Well if you want you can do it as a quest,or you can just brutaly kill the wearier. To find the quest go to Leyawiin Castle:  Speak to Mazoga and to the count.
