For me, it's definately horror. I don't see why anyone would like to be disturbed, creepy is fun, disturbing is not...

I have to say Horror, some of the less scary movies like Saw are good, but other wise I can't stand Horror.

I think the movie sucks, too. It's just doing though with blood and because of the open ending we have to wait till Saw 3... Ontopic, I don't think a specefic (specific? I don't know the spelling, sorry  ) genre sucks. Every genre has ups and downs, I think you just gotta have a verdict on each movie in particular.
