I've seen lots of posts from people complaining about how they hate how the difficulty of the enemies/quests increases as your character levels up. Particularly when discussing the Kvatch main questline - many players have had trouble completing it when they were beyond level 10.
Personally, I love leveling. It means that even trivial quests can be a challenge. One thing that bored me was when I had completed about half of the quests and/or the main quest in MW, all other quests were just too darn easy.
Oblivion takes care of that problem, but many of you disagree with me! Vote and post here!

I partitionaly disagree. You can work you a$$ off by killing a Lich, and all what you get is a damn Bonemeal and a petty staff......And this is level 36 i'm talking! I fight Spider Daedra and all i get is Silk and Venin.I fight Deadroth and all i get is his teeth.
But the loot on Vampires,Bandit's and all the other humanoids imporves and that's good
