Damn it i did all the quests the vampire in dark brotherhood asked if i wanted to become a vampire said yes did the things he asked and nothing happened!

Vicente tells you to sleep in a secure location. Like the Brotherhood sanctuary, for example. Sleeping there works. Make sure you're sleeping though, and not waiting. Otherwise he won't come.
